Brooms Over Broome will begin providing recurring professional cleaning services at no charge to a local Humane Society in September 2026. The arrangement is intended to support a cleaner and more comfortable environment for the animals, staff, volunteers, and community members served by the organization.

Providing recurring cleanings for our local Humane Society is one way we can use what we do best to support an organization doing such important work in our community,” Godbay said.
Humane Society operations typically involve high-traffic public areas, animal housing spaces, and workrooms used daily by employees and volunteers. Regular professional cleaning can help those areas remain orderly and presentable for visitors considering adoption as well as for the people who work there. The donated service will follow the same standards the company uses for other recurring accounts, including trained personnel and established cleaning systems.
Godbay also pointed to the daily demands placed on shelter teams. “The Humane Society’s team and volunteers dedicate so much time and care to helping animals in need.
