The application deadline is May 31, 2026, and the selected recipient will begin treatment at one of the practice’s six locations at no charge.

Applications are open to any current or recently retired educator who lives or works in the Mid-Atlantic region and is in need of dental implant treatment. Candidates will be evaluated on three criteria: dental need, personal story, and the impact the treatment would have on their life and work.
