Founder and longtime CEO Eddy Azad will transition from day-to-day operating leadership to the role of Executive Chairman, where he will continue working closely with Rudnitzki, the leadership team, and the Board to support long-term strategy, strategic customer relationships, product direction, and the company’s continued growth.
