Miami, Florida, Aug. 31, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The University of Miami Business School and IESE Business School are once again partnering to offer Leadership in the Age of AI, an immersive executive education program designed to help today’s leaders navigate the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence. The three-day, in-person program will take place October 20–22, 2026, at the University of Miami.
Designed for senior executives, C-suite leaders, and strategic decision-makers, the program equips participants with practical frameworks for leading AI transformation while maintaining a human-centered approach to leadership. No technical background is required.
Participants will engage in interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and executive-level discussions led by internationally recognized faculty from both the University of Miami and IESE. Topics include AI-driven decision-making, organizational readiness, ethical leadership, innovation, and strategies for successfully integrating AI across business functions. Upon completion, participants will receive a joint certificate from both institutions.

The program builds on the success of its inaugural offering, which brought together executives from healthcare, finance, technology, higher education, and other industries for an engaging, hands-on learning experience.
